Garlic Hot Honey Chicken & Sweet Potato Sheet Pan
Ingredients:
lb chicken breast, sliced or cubed
1 large sweet potato, cubed
1 cup broccoli florets
1 zucchini, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 tbsp hot honey (drizzle on top at the end or before roasting — your call)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Paprika + garlic powder
Fresh basil or parsley (optional)
2–3 tbsp crumbled feta (for topping)Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss sweet potatoes with oil + seasonings and bake 10 minutes first.
Add chicken + other veggies to the tray, season everything, and roast 20–25 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss sweet potato cubes with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Spread on a sheet pan and roast 10 minutes alone.
2. Add Chicken + Veggies
In a bowl, toss chicken, broccoli, zucchini, and bell pepper with:
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Salt + pepper
Paprika
Add everything to the sheet pan with the sweet potatoes.
Roast 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Finish with Hot Honey + Feta
Drizzle hot honey over the entire tray right out of the oven.
Sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
Add fresh herbs if you want extra brightness.
