Fluffy Banana Waffles

Fluffy on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, and packed with protein — these banana waffles are perfect for a satisfying breakfast or post-workout meal. Naturally sweet, nutrient-dense, and super easy to make with just a blender and one bowl.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup oat flour

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Promix or Ascent)

  • ½ tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 2–3 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt

  • ⅓ cup almond milk

  • Dash of vanilla extract

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 1 cup fresh berries

Instructions

1. Make the oat flour
Add rolled oats to a blender and blend until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency.

2. Mix the batter
Add all ingredients to your KitchenAid (or a bowl if mixing by hand). Blend or mix until smooth and fully combined.
The batter should be thick but pourable — add a splash more almond milk if needed.

3. Cook the waffles
Preheat your Bella mini waffle maker and lightly grease with butter or olive oil.
Pour batter into the waffle maker (do not overfill) and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.

4. Serve & enjoy
Remove carefully, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy 🤍
