Greek Yogurt Bowl + Iced Vanilla Protein Coffee
One of my go-to breakfasts when I’m short on time or don’t feel like cooking! This combo is packed with protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, and fiber to keep you full, energized, and satisfied all morning. It’s not only incredibly nutrient-dense — it’s also SO delicious and easy to throw together.
Perfect for busy mornings, post-workout fuel, or anytime you want a balanced, feel-good meal.
Greek Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients:
300 g plain Greek yogurt
½ tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp PB Fit
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Sprinkle of Purely Elizabeth cookie granola
50 g strawberries
50 g blueberries
Instructions:
Add Greek yogurt, raw honey, and PB Fit to a bowl. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
Top with granola, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
Add fresh strawberries and blueberries.
Enjoy!
Iced Vanilla Protein Coffee
Ingredients:
240 ml Califia Farms almond milk
1 tbsp Chobani Sweet Cream Zero Sugar creamer
1 scoop Ascent Vanilla Bean protein powder
1 dash of stevia (to taste)
1 Dolce Nespresso pod
Ice
Instructions:
Brew your Nespresso shot into a small glass.
In a large iced coffee glass, add almond milk, creamer, and protein powder.
Use a hand frother or mixer to blend until smooth and frothy.
Add the espresso shot and stevia, then froth again to combine.
Add ice, grab a straw, and enjoy!
