Ingredients

  • Atoria’s Family Bakery Whole Grain Lavash Flatbread

  • 365 pizza sauce

  • 1–2 Amylu roasted garlic asiago chicken sausages, sliced

  • Cabot Creamery seriously sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated

  • Chopped bell pepper

  • Chopped onion

  • Chopped grape tomatoes

  • Chopped mushrooms

  • Chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the base: Place the lavash flatbread on the baking sheet. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce across the entire surface.

  3. Add the toppings: Evenly distribute the sliced chicken sausage, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and spinach over the sauce.

  4. Top with cheese: Using a grater, generously sprinkle freshly grated cheddar cheese over the toppings.

  5. Bake: Once the oven is fully preheated, bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
