Ingredients

365 pizza sauce
1–2 Amylu roasted garlic asiago chicken sausages, sliced
Cabot Creamery seriously sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
Chopped bell pepper
Chopped onion
Chopped grape tomatoes
Chopped mushrooms
Chopped spinach
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the base: Place the lavash flatbread on the baking sheet. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce across the entire surface.
Add the toppings: Evenly distribute the sliced chicken sausage, bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and spinach over the sauce.
Top with cheese: Using a grater, generously sprinkle freshly grated cheddar cheese over the toppings.
Bake: Once the oven is fully preheated, bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
