Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams of rolled oats

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 banana

  • 1 serving vanilla protein isolate

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • Water

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, add in your banana and mash it.

  2. Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and protein powder.

  3. Add water in small increments and mix until the oats are a thick consistency.

  4. Add in your peanut butter and place in the fridge overnight.
