Banana Bread Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
40 grams of rolled oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 banana
1 serving vanilla protein isolate
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
Water
Instructions:
In a bowl, add in your banana and mash it.
Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and protein powder.
Add water in small increments and mix until the oats are a thick consistency.
Add in your peanut butter and place in the fridge overnight.
