2 servings (4 scoops) french vanilla whey isolate protein powder (I used Promix)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
3 ripe bananas
dark chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
⅓ cup raw honey
A dash of cinnamon
A sprinkle of salt
2 large eggs
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Blend your rolled oats into a fine flour.
In a mixer, combine the wet ingredients first: bananas, almond milk, honey, eggs, and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients: oat flour, cacao powder, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in your desired amount of dark chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined 6x6 inch pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
