This high-protein blueberry date smoothie is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day! I love using Promix French Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Isolate because it's made with super simple, clean ingredients and no artificial flavors!
Ingredients:
1 scoop Promix French Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Isolate protein
1 cup almond milk (check out @califiafarms for a great 3-ingredient almond milk!)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 organic medjool date
Ice (measure with your heart!)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
