Blueberry Date Smoothie - High Protein!

This high-protein blueberry date smoothie is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day! It's packed with protein, antioxidants, and natural sweetness, making it a perfect quick breakfast or post-workout refuel. I love using Promix French Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Isolate because it's made with super simple, clean ingredients and no artificial flavors!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Promix French Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Isolate protein

  • 1 cup almond milk (check out @califiafarms for a great 3-ingredient almond milk!)

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 organic medjool date

  • Ice (measure with your heart!)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
