Ingredients
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup egg whites
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 cup fresh strawberries

Instructions
