  • Absolutely. For 1 : 1 coaching clients, every exercise and meal plan can be substituted to respect injuries, allergies, or lifestyle constraints. Just send a chat message and you’ll get a same‑day adjustment. For the 9‑Week Plan, exercise swaps are suggested inside the app.

    • Home gym friendly: A pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench or sturdy chair will cover 80 % of the program.

    • Gym access: Great—EverFit lets you swap exercises with a tap if you have more options.

  • EverFit is a coaching platform that hosts your workouts, habit trackers, nutrition logs, and progress dashboards. It lets you:

    • watch exercise demo videos,

    • log sets and weights (the app auto‑adjusts future loads),

    • sync wearables (Garmin, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Whoop),

    • receive push‑notification reminders,

    • chat or send voice notes directly to your coach,

    • upload progress photos and movement videos for feedback.

  • After a quick intake questionnaire, you’ll receive fully customized macros and a meal plan matched to your preferences (vegan, dairy‑free, gluten‑free, etc.). EverFit populates recipes and grocery lists so you can shop in minutes.

  • You’ll review wins, challenges, and data trends (training logs, habit streaks, body metrics). Together we update goals and make any program tweaks for the coming week.

  • Yes! Everything is delivered online through EverFit and Google Meet, so location isn’t an issue.

    • Time zones: Weekly calls are booked in your local time via Calendly, and chat replies come within the promised response window.

    • Language: Coaching is offered in English.

    • Payments: Stripe securely processes international credit cards in USD; your bank handles the conversion automatically.

  • Yes. EverFit syncs with Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Whoop, and pulls calorie/macronutrient data from MyFitnessPal or Cronometer, so everything shows in one dashboard.

  • Yes. You can pause for up to four weeks per year (vacation, injury, etc.) or cancel any time in your Stripe customer portal—no hidden fees.
